1. Retention of Title
1.1 All goods supplied by AAT International Pty Ltd (“the Seller”) to the Buyer remain the property of the Seller until full payment for those goods has been received.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment for all invoices is strictly due within the terms stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Right to Reclaim Goods on Non-Payment
3.1 In the event that full payment for any goods is not received within Ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the relevant invoice:
(a) The Seller reserves the right to reclaim possession of the goods, whether or not they have been installed or altered.
(b) The Buyer agrees to grant the Seller, or its authorised agents, reasonable access to the Buyer’s premises (or any premises where the goods are located) to recover the goods.
(c) The Buyer shall not sell, dispose of, or otherwise encumber the goods in any way prior to full payment without the prior written consent of the Seller.
4. Indemnity
4.1 The Buyer agrees to indemnify the Seller for any loss, cost, or damage incurred in connection with the recovery of unpaid goods, including but not limited to legal costs, collection agency fees, and transport expenses.
